I send them back pictures showing that it's completely wrong for my guitar. The only response I got was to initiate a refund. They made no attempt to remedy the issue or provide any kind of customer service or acknowledgment that what they advertised was incorrect. Then I get a refund of half of what I paid for this POS pickguard that doesn't fit! RUN

Little slow to ship. Ortega Guitar OGHAD-1 needs to have a little mod done to it to make it work. No Instructions. Thankfully I have the skill to fix this item and it will work. As Shipped it doesn't. Not at the fault of Capital Music, this is a design flaw. I had to drill out the plastic locking cap that goes in the back side in order for the post to fit. There is no way to install this unit with out doing that. I can live with it for the price.

Capital Music referred me to their Paoletti sales representative in the US but they took no steps to address this issues and failed to respond to over a dozen attempts to discuss this fraudulent practice. There was no apology and no attempt on Capital Music's part to deal with this problem. Be careful with this company. Their sales practices are questionable and their ability to communicate is non-existent.
