Electronic gift card codes are emailed to the email address on any order placed between 11/25/21 and 12/1/21. Emails will be sent within two business days of the order being placed and are valid on a future order.
Unfortunately, we are simply a retailer of these products and our supplier is not taking custom orders at this time. We can only offer the items we currently show as available.
All of the pickguards that we offer are order to made, meaning that the supplier process the order, uses the finish material, cut it, package it and ship it to us before sending to the final consumer. That process takes from one to two weeks before shipping as we order all the orders that come in in a day.
Unfortunately, we do not have a way to cross reference a pickguard to the instrument you might have. If and order is being placed, you can certainly request to put the order on hold. Once it gets in, we will take a picture with the measurements and send it to your direct email address. From that point, you can either decide to proceed or cancel the order.
Any item can be returned within 60 days as long as the item is resellable in the same condition you received it in. We do not necessarily need an RMA number noted, we just need to be able to match the return with your order. If your return address on the shipping label is the same address we shipped to, then that will be fine. If the address may be different, please include your order number or contact information inside the box.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after receiving your return. We do this to inspect that the item indeed whas returned in the same condition that you received it.

You can certainly request to cancel an order with the order number. Please note, cancellations are not guaranteed as the order may be too far into the process to be able to catch and cancel.

A shipped order cannot be canceled, you would have to return it for a refund and in this case we can't cover the return shipping fee.
