You Get What You Pay For ...
First let me say, I highly recommend the seller Capital Music Gear. They're very responsive, so I give their customer service an A+. That said, I wouldn't get this guitar for someone looking to really learn classical guitar. I am very much a novice when it comes to guitars but I am no stranger to string instruments. This guitar looks great but it isn't structurally the best. I get a lot of first fret buzz (sometimes down to the 4th fret) on the low E string. I've tried cheap strings and mid-quality strings and the buzz sound never changes. It's clear to me that something is off with this particular guitar that my new eyes can't pinpoint which it tiresome. I'll probably avoid this brand all together because of this and that saddens me because I've heard great things about them. If you are looking for a toy or introducing the guitar to a very young child, this may be worth purchasing. If you know someone who can rig it and make it more high quality... have at it. If you are looking to really dedicate yourself to learning and your want to do minimal work to make the guitar work at its best, I'd recommend going up in price to ensure that the guitar has a solid build with even frets and a sturdy nut, bridge/saddle. Sucks that I had to spend more than I wanted to learn from this mistake but it will work for me for now. At-least the red wine finish looks great and the size if perfect for me.
