This trio, written in equal parts for students at the late intermediate level, depicts all the ups and downs of a long journey, but one that ends successfully. Accidentals, syncopation, constant motion through eighth notes, and dramatic dynamics are a few of the exciting elements that allow students, teachers, and the audience to hear the story of the triumphant journey home.
