Steam Whistle

This tuneful funk/rock chart for developing groups starts off with a bang and doesn't let up. Set in a half-time feel, the initial bluesy melody is contrasted by a riff at the bridge and additional counter-melodies throughout. An alto saxophone solo (ad lib or as written) contains an easy three-chord progression.
