Sidetracked - But Not Derailed

Here is a minor blues with a bridge. Inspired by two John Coltrane compositions, "Mr. PC" and "Locomotion", this chart moves seamlessly between sections. After the introduction and initial statement of the clever melody there is a nice development section that gives a dramatic send off to the solo section. There are written solos for trumpet, alto saxophone and piano with a killer shout chorus.
