This tuneful Israeli melody is arranged as a canon with keyboard and optional flute, hand drum, and finger cymbals or triangle (parts included in the choral). "Shalom Chaverim" is a universal message of peace and goodwill, making it an excellent choice as a closer for a choral concert or as a benediction. The original Hebrew words and English words provided by Patrick Liebergen may be used interchangeably. This familiar folk tune has endless possibilities.
