Infinity 2 is a hi-fi stereo double looper designed to be the ultimate writing, arranging and performing tool. It can be utilized as a double looper to record and perform sequential parts, or as a standard looper on the right footswitch while assigning one of five selectable modes to the left footswitch. As a double looper, Infinity 2 enables musicians to seamlessly switch between loops, even during initial recording or while overdubbing. Subject: Infinity 2 Looper – Firmware Update Failure and Hardware Issue Message: Hello, I'm reaching out regarding a serious issue with my Pigtronix Infinity 2 Looper pedal. • The left footswitch is completely unresponsive and does not trigger any function. • When I connect the pedal via USB to my Windows 10 computer, it mounts as a drive but does not show the required folder for firmware updates. • I have attempted the update using the official file, but without the correct folder, the update cannot proceed. • I’ve tested multiple USB cables, ports, and computers. The issue persists across all setups. • The pedal appears as a mass storage device in Device Manager, but the drive contents only show a manual—no firmware folder. This appears to be a firmware or hardware fault. I would like to request a replacement or refund based on these findings. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you, Peter
