The Halon Ashtray Bridge for Telecaster® is a drop-in upgrade that features a bridge plate machine milled from a solid block of 1060 steel, offering a bright tone with excellent harmonics and sustain, and 3 compensated saddles machined from MS58 brass compliment the plate by adding a fat, warmer tone with a focus on mid-range frequencies.  The result is a balanced tone with impeccable sustain that’s great for blues, rock, metal, funk, and country!  Strings can be loaded into the bridge either from the back of the bridge or through the body of the guitar.  The string-thru body holes of this bridge are contoured to help guide the string over a rounded edge as it comes through the bridge, preventing string breakage.  This ashtray bridge is a direct replacement for most vintage-style Telecaster bridges using a 4-screw mount and is the perfect upgrade for your existing bridge!
