Product Description

With a respect for tradition and passion for innovation, Halon crafts high-end replacement bridges for Fender® and Gibson® instruments. Employing premium alloys, advanced manufacturing techniques, and novel design improvements, Halon bridges offer players and builders exceptional tone and performance!
The Halon Aluminum Half Bridge for Telecaster® is a 4-screw mount Telecaster bridge that’s “cut in half,” removing the portion of the plate meant to hold a standard Tele® pickup. This allows the bridge to be used with humbucker or P90 bridge pickup applications. The bridge plate and 3 compensated saddles are milled from solid 7075 T6 aluminum, offering clarity and definition with an open, twangy, and percussive tone. Aluminum does not “color” the sound like brass and other tone metals do, which in turn allows you to hear more of the wood’s tonal characteristics.
Strings can be loaded either from the back of the bridge or through the body of the guitar. This half Tele bridge uses the vintage 4-screw mount pattern, making it compatible with most vintage-style Telecasters. Further routing may be required if your existing body does not accommodate humbuckers, P90s, or other non-standard Telecaster bridge pickups.
