Germantown Violins - Viola Only Maestro Series VLA 609 16" with Brazilwood Bow and ABS Thermoplastic Oblong Case

Maestro instruments are constructed using the Del Jesu 1737 pattern. All instruments are fully handcrafted with the best select aged tonewoods, including a well-graduated solid spruce top, and nicely flamed maple back, sides, and neck. The fingerboard is solid ebony, while the chinrest, tailpiece, and tuning pegs are crafted from boxwood. It is finished with a hand-applied antique-style spirit varnish. Standard setup includes a French (Aubert) bridge, and Eva Pirazzi strings. These instruments provide excellent playability, mellow tone, and dynamic projection. This includes an ABS Thermoplastic oblong case, stackable and riveted handle and a Brazilwood Bow.
