Dome knobs are the industry standard. You find them on all major American brands from Fender to imported guitars like Ibanez, and many others. We made ours a tad wider for better grip and tad shorter to be less obtrusive, especially when using a tremolo arm.

The Mini-Dome is a smaller version of the Dome. It is used where the space for the controls area is limited or crowded. The Mini is also popular with Jazz guitars using a floating pick-up. The smaller size gives it a nice minimalist touch. Also, savvy Strat players like to use a regular Dome for the volume control while using the Minis for the tone controls. It not only looks cool, but the extra space is very welcome.

The Ringo is a completely new design unlike anything on the market today. We first noticed that the high-end guitars costing over $3000 carried the same plastic knobs as the cheaper guitars selling under $300. This was because nothing else was immediately available.

Knobs haven't been redesigned in over 50 years ago and we felt it was about time for something new. But that "something" had to have a "classic" quality to it. It needed a blend of art with functionality still intact. After many months of research, we came up with the final concept of three smooth rings gradually tapered and we called it the "Ringo". Judge for yourself.

The Ringo has that "classic" art deco style and looks great on Gibsons and on contemporary guitars like the Ibanez and PRS.

The UFO is basically a Strat knob, but we call it the UFO because of the streamlining. A new trend is to use different colors for each knob (e.g. red, white, blue). Q-parts makes something as simple as changing knobs turn a standard strat instantly into a custom guitar and for just pocket change!
