The Animals Pedal In Oct. 3 Foxes Talking of Dreamy Fuzz (FTODF) brings a glory and grit that has a unique place among fuzz pedals. The Octave-up style fuzz became popular in the late 60s and continued to evolve in the 70s with the West Coast“velvet” style octave fuzz pedals. Animals Pedal did not change the basic sound of the octave fuzz, just slightly refined it with improved operability.
